Job Description
Brief Overview of the Role:
10+ years of experience in IT Functional consultant having experience of ERP Implementation and Business led applications in Wholesale / Distribution business model. Must have knowledge of Procure To Pay & Order To Cash & Financial processes. Knowledge of Taxation, Compliance like GST, E-Way Bill, Books of Accounts etc. are mandatory. Knowledge of WMS & TMS will be added advantage.
Job Specification:
- Masters / Certified in SCM / WMS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Added advantage, Certified with PMP, Six Sigma
- Experience – 10+ years
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills – gives clear instructions, good listener
Job Description:
- 10+ Experience professional in Implementation & Managing ERP Applications & Financial Systems, minimum ONE End to End Implementation Life Cycle is required
- Knowledge of Order Management, Transport Management , Financial Systems is mandatory
- Knowledge of Business Process like Procure to Pay & Order to Cash, Financial processes is critical.
- Experience in leading a team in accomplishing assigned objectives and measure productivity within defines SLAs
- Evaluate application and capabilities within the ERP Operations portfolio to identify gaps and provide application strategy that would enhance business performance, effectiveness, and maintainability.
- Ability to multitask (assess, prioritize/reprioritize and manage duties) and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Interacts directly with stakeholders to gather as-is business processes and input & output processes
- Creates workflow process diagrams, wireframes, mapping documents, functional specifications, and non-functional specifications, ERDs, use cases, user stories, and logical data models
- Collaborates with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, and present business processes in the ERP system
- Manage Business and Finance departments queries and determine gaps and solutions
- Assist in providing innovative solutions with best practice standards and approach.
- Participate and coordinate application analysis, functional design, application configuration, application testing, and training to end users.
- Build internal team and capabilities to support production BAU processes and operations.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical users. Interact with technical resources for problem resolution.
- Ensure that all development standards are taken into consideration in the functional and technical design/solution phase.
