Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from RBI, SEZ, FEMA, and other relevant authorities.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in compliance processes and implement corrective actions.
Verify KYC documents for clients and ensure adherence to AML regulations.
Manage forex transactions, including documentation and reporting, in accordance with RBI guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in banking or financial services industry, preferably in a compliance role.
Strong understanding of AML Compliance, KYC Verification, Forex Transactions, Audit Compliance, RBI regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
