Total Yrs. of experience 5 + Yrs Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) The Cyber Security Engineer works in conjunction with the broader Technology & Cyber to provide services which result in assurance over the security of HBFs solutions and operating environment. This roles remit of responsibility includes: Develop and implement organization-wide best practices for IT security Lead the delivery of cyber security projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant execution. Leverage Microsoft 365 security features to protect our organizations data and systems from cyber threats, and be proficient in threat modeling to identify and mitigate potential security threats. Drive our technology, lead by example, and support team members on their learning journey. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver customized solutions that align with business objectives. Mandatory skills SOC Desired/ Secondary skills Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline or demonstrated skills and experience in a large organization (preferably financial services or insurance) Any of the following qualifications highly desirable - MS-500, AZ500, SC-900 & SC-4000, CISSP, CCSP A thorough understanding of Microsoft 365, Security Architecture, Cloud Security Demonstrated knowledge of security and Microsoft 365 products to design, implement, and maintain secure network solutions Specific/technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, e.g. Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra, Intune, Security Copilot. Threat Modeling, and broad security knowledge Domain Client-TDR Work Location given in ECMS ID Hyderabad and Pune
