Channel: Bank Assurance (Banca)
Locations: Mumbai | Navi Mumbai | Ahmedabad | Gandhidham | Bhuj
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business from assigned bank branches
- Generate life insurance leads through bank staff
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank RMs
- Pitch life insurance products to bank customers
- Achieve monthly premium and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and staff
- Conduct training sessions for bank employees on products
Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Age: 24 to 40 years
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Bancassurance / Life Insurance
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable with targets and field work
