Job Description : Global Product Design Engineering, Validation. Ownership of POCs, Demos, trainings, PPAP, CFD, processes for Quality Manufacturing in conformance to pre-defined technical specifications. Developing mechanical drawings for products including wiring harnesses, fitment aspects, etc. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Key Competencies Required : Knowledge of quality standards like TS 16949 & ISO-9001 / ISO-9002 and ISO-9000/TS 16949. Strong understanding of corporate culture and critical relationships that exist in companies between engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Product Delivery, Employee Development, Operations, Finance, and Customers. Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills with external and internal teams. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), Wiring Harness, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis). Lead technical meetings with Customers and negotiate the delivery contents and dates. Lead and/or organize Cross-Discipline technical reviews.
