We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our core team
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our US accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
This is a fully remote position, requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to working PST hours, including full-shift weekend coverage when needed, Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bookkeeping and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US GAAP, Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including collections and reconciliations, Process USA payroll timely and efficiently, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, Lead the month-end closing process and finalize books with precision, Prepare, review, and post journal entries, ensuring robust supporting documentation, Maintain and update financial records and reports in QuickBooks, Leverage Google Sheets to track, analyze, and present financial data, Required Skills and Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of hands-on US accounting and bookkeeping experience, Proficiency in QuickBooks and deep knowledge of US GAAP, Demonstrated experience in AP management, AR collection, and full-cycle payroll processing (USA context), Proven track record of books finalization and month-end closing, Strong command of Google Sheets for financial data analysis and reporting, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail, Flexibility to work full-time from India or LATAM, strictly during PST business hours (mostly 9am6pm), and provide whole-shift availability on weekends if required, Preferred Qualifications:
Experience collaborating with distributed remote teams serving US-based clients, Consistent record of proactively identifying process improvements in finance operations,
