Job Description:
The French Language Agent will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support services to customers from the Canada (Quebec) region. The role involves handling customer interactions in French through voice, email, and chat channels while ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to defined SLAs.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Handling international customer interactions in French via phone, email, and chat.
- Any Graduates.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum 1 years of experience in French Language is required.
- Language agent is responsible for managing customer service in French language for Canada Quebec region specifically via phone, email and chat
- Proficiency levels French CEFRL: B2, C1 and C2
- Previous experience working in Contact Center Handling French would be an added advantage
- Involves client interaction regularly.
- Rotational shift
- Good interpretation skills are pre-requisite and added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
