The ideal candidate will play a key role in the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Intune, ensuring the efficient management of mobile devices, applications, and security policies.

If you have a strong background in mobile device management (MDM), expertise in Intune, and a proactive approach to IT administration, we invite you to apply for this position.Responsibilities : Intune Configuration and Administration : Configure and administer Microsoft Intune to manage mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Implement and manage security baselines and policies for mobile devices.Device Enrollment and Provisioning : Manage the enrollment and provisioning of mobile devices using Intune.Implement and optimize device profiles and configurations for different user groups.

Application Management : Administer the deployment and management of applications through Intune.Ensure seamless distribution and updates of business applications on mobile devices.Security Policies and Compliance : Implement and enforce security policies for mobile devices, including encryption, passcode policies, and conditional access.Monitor and ensure compliance with security standards.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve issues related to device management, application deployment, and security compliance.Provide technical support to end-users for Intune-related matters.

Integration with Other Microsoft 365 Services : Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.Create user guides and training materials for end-users.Stay Informed About Updates and Best Practices : Stay current with Intune updates, new features, and best practices.Evaluate and recommend improvements to optimize Intune deployment.
