Job Description
- Platform Configuration: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with the organization's specific needs and business processes
- This includes setting up workflows, forms, fields, and tables
- User Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control and security within the ServiceNow instance
- Incident and Problem Management: Configure and maintain the incident and problem management processes, including defining SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and escalation procedures
- Change Management: Implement and manage change management processes to track and control changes to the IT environment effectively
- Asset and Configuration Management: Maintain an accurate record of IT assets and configurations within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Service Catalog: Develop and manage the service catalog, which allows users to request IT services and items efficiently
- Automation and Integration: Create and maintain automation workflows and integrations with other systems to streamline processes and data exchange
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the performance of IT services
