Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager HR with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment along with exposure to other core HR functions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
- Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring analytics.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle confirmation, transfers, promotions, and employee separation processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Address employee concerns and support employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in implementing retention strategies and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with managers for goal setting and performance reviews.
- Assist in performance improvement initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Support audits and compliance documentation.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Generate monthly reports related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, attendance, and employee data.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification prefer.
- Min. 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in handling multiple HR functions independently.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, ATS and recruitment portals

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling niche, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions across technical, engineering, sales, and leadership functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or distribution industry will be an added advantage.
Candidates serving a short notice period or available for immediate joining will be preferred. Early joiners are highly preferred.
