Role & responsibilities

External Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and employment contracts.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Internal Recruitment

• Promote internal job opportunities across the organization.
• Support employee career development and internal mobility programs.
• Review internal applications and coordinate assessments.
• Advise managers on internal transfer and promotion processes.
• Ensure fair and transparent internal hiring practices.
• Maintain records of employee career progression and succession planning activities.

General HR Recruitment Duties

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 25 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing both internal and external recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
