Job Description

Department: Human Resources
Designation: HR Recruiter / HR Executive
Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head
Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with training & development, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and employee grievance handling.
Recruitment & Selection: Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar employees; screen resumes; coordinate interviews; onboarding and recruitment MIS.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, prepare training calendars, coordinate programs, maintain training records, and evaluate effectiveness.
Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, reward & recognition programs, and employee feedback initiatives.
Payroll Coordination: Coordinate attendance, overtime, leave data, and payroll processing support.
Employee Grievance Handling: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, counseling, and employee relations.
HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, statutory compliance support, and HR MIS.
Required Skills: Communication skills, recruitment expertise, payroll knowledge, grievance handling, MS Excel, HRMS knowledge.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 3 to 5 years , (experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage), Immediate joiner are welcome
