We are currently hiring for the position of Zonal Sales Manager (Pediatrics Division) for a reputed MNC Group.

Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Salary Budget: 12 LPA to 14 LPA (Yearly CTC) + TA + Incentives

Location: North / East / West / South (Any one Area of India)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: General Manager Sales & Revenue

Working Days: 6 days a week

Industry & Product - Pharma - Pediatrics Branch of medicine

(Pediatrics, also spelled paediatrics and also known as underage medicine, is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and young adults.)

Role Overview:-

The Zonal Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and managing the overall sales operations in the assigned Region of India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to spearhead business development initiatives, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence. The role will also be responsible for the Profit & Loss of the assigned region, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and cost management.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: 10 years of experience in sales & business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, child development, or therapy-based service industry is a plus.
• Analytical Ability: Expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and tackle business challenges effectively.
