Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead generation of CF proposals
- Preliminary eligibility assessment.
- Preparation of Evaluation sheet & Term sheet
- Resolution of queries from credit
- Conducting developer meeting & site visit
- Facilitating credit team and legal team for loan agreement execution Follow-up with developer for collection of PDDs / OSD
- Facilitating post disbursement site visits and monitoring.
- Assisting credit team for subsequent disbursement Process and compliance's.
- Processing and issuance of NOC of the project
- Collecting Processing Fee & IMD.
- Execution of Loan Documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Legal & Technical Teams)
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with Construction Finance experience.
