Support Executives
This is a workfromhome opportunity, open to both freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer support, voice, or nonvoice processes.

Languages: English & Hindi mandatory

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Follow defined processes and quality guidelines
Document interactions and update internal systems regularly
Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and candidates with minimum 6 months experience are welcome
Good communication skills (English and/or regional language as required)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems
Willingness to work in a remote setup
System & Connectivity Requirements: Candidate must have their own laptop or desktop
Stable internet connection (minimum required speed as per process)
