Job Description

Aditya Birla World Academy, Mumbai is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the schools IT infrastructure, service delivery, security and technology operations.

Key responsibilities:
• IT Service Desk and ITIL-based support
• Management of IT infrastructure – networks, Wi-Fi, servers, hardware & software
• IT security, firewall, endpoint security and policies
• GSuite / Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
• IT asset, inventory, budget and vendor management
• Disaster Recovery, data backup and server management
• End-to-end IT project management
• School management and academic software administration
• Data & document management and IT audit support
• Stakeholder management across students, staff, parents and management
• Identify and recommend new technology solutions and upgrades

Experience: 10–12 years in IT / IT Support Services, preferably in a school, university or corporate environment.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. ITIL, CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, AWS or IT Security certifications will be an advantage.
