Job Description

We're looking for an HR professional who thrives on structure and ownership -someone who can bring precision to payroll, ensure airtight compliance, and drive a performance culture, all while keeping HR operations seamless in a fast-growing company.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end payroll
Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other labor law requirements.
Drive the performance management cycle - goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and tracking.
Design and maintain salary structures, payroll data, and compensation records.
Build HR policies that are compliant, practical, and actually followed.
Continuously refine HR processes as the business scales.

What You Bring

6-8 years of experience across major departments- Payroll, Compliance, HR Operations, and Performance Management.
Strong grip on payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Good analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
A proactive, dependable mindset suited to a fast-paced startup.
