Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell construction chemical products to contractors, builders, consultants, applicators, architects, and project owners. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Generate new business leads through regular field visits and market mapping.
Promote company products including waterproofing, repair, flooring, and coating systems.
Meet contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and project management teams to develop business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions at project sites.
Identify upcoming projects and maintain a strong project pipeline.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for order closures.
Coordinate with technical and application teams for successful project execution.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company policy.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
