Job Title: Entry-level Warranty Claims Processor (BE Mechanical / Automotive)

Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (On - site)

Transport: Pick and Drop Facility Provided

We are seeking entry-level candidates for the role of Warranty Claims Processor to join a prestigious MNC client in the automotive industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates with a background in BE Mechanical or BE Automotive to commence their professional journey with a prominent organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold quality and service standards in warranty claims processing within the specified SLA.
Analyze and process warranty claims from commercial vehicle dealers.
Ensure timely management of claims within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Investigate warranty issues, determine causes, responsibility, and liability.
Utilize external resources such as dealer portals, parts catalogs, and sales information for claim verification and analysis.
Introduce process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Compile and distribute weekly and monthly production reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Only BE Mechanical or BE Automotive graduates (Freshers welcome).
Work Mode: On-site at Airoli location.
Shift: Night shift (Compulsory).
Other Requirements: Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
