*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Inventory Management:*
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving and shipping goods
- Conduct regular physical stock verifications and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods
- *Warehouse Operations:*
- Coordinate daily dispatch plans with the sales team and arrange transportation
- Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- *Team Management:*
- Manage and arrange casual and daily wage laborers, maintaining their attendance and payment records
- Verify labor and packing ladies' attendance registers monthly and inform concerned persons for payment release
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff
- *Documentation and Reporting:*
- Maintain registers for purchase of packing materials, GRN, and attendance
- Share daily reports and updates with the team and management
- Verify packing materials invoices for payment
- *Safety and Compliance:*
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including safety protocols and quality checks
- Conduct regular safety audits and report any hazards or incidents
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- *Miscellaneous:*
- Dispose of scrap materials and garbage regularly
- Maintain daily cabin and passage cleanliness, posting photos on the group
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including wearing aprons, caps, gloves, and sandals

Requirements:*

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
