Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Correct material dispatches
Physical check of daily stock count (IRA)
Timely vehicle unloading and follow SOP (fill formats)
Conduct vehicle inspection (Inbound & Inbound)
Records keeping (All type of doc.)
100 % Monthly stock count
Stock arrangements.
Bin card Updation.
Sales return physical verification.
POP/POS maintain Physical and records.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
Handle Inbound and Outbound operations
Conduct vehicle inspection (Inbound & Inbound)
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure inventory transactions accuracy
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
All format updating Like Fire Ex., Personal Hy., Pest control, cleaning record.
