• We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Accounts Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a warehouse and oversee daily operations.
• The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe working environment.
• In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock rotation.
• The ability to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential.
• Fact-based problem-solving is required.

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
• Create and implement inventory management systems, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy, and stock rotation.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
• Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Executive.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures and best practices.
• Ability to manage inventory control systems.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A degree or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Customer Service.
• Complaint Management.
• Ground Transportation, including Deliveries, Dispatching, Fleet Management, Forklifts, LTL Shipping, Rail Transport, Truck Driving, and Trucking.
• Inventory Management, including Billing and Invoicing, Inventory Control, Managing Orders, Product Assortment, and Stock Management.
• Warehousing.
• Workplace Safety, including demonstrating a positive attitude towards resolution, solving customer issues within timelines, and understanding customer needs.
• Planning and organizing, including goal setting, prioritization, and taking timely actions to ensure obligations are met.
• Problem-solving, including identifying and anticipating problems, implementing solutions, making fact-based decisions, and working with others.
