SUMMARY Summary: The Warehouse Picker & Packer role supports the efficient operation of a high-volume distribution center by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse workflow. This position is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, product safety, and timely dispatch for a premium UAE brand. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing manual labor in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented in handling orders, and committed to safety and cleanliness standards. The role offers a stable opportunity for individuals with foundational warehouse experience to grow within a reputable organization.
Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately based on order requirements
- Pack items securely for safe dispatch
- Load and unload goods efficiently and safely
- Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse areas
- Assist in receiving and sorting incoming stock
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on warehouse experience
- HSC/SSC or equivalent educational qualification
- No computer skills required
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in a warehouse setting
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and processes
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
