Role & responsibilities
Vertical: Retention
Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice | Outbound Calling
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Renew insurance policies of existing customers
- Explain policy benefits, renewal offers and coverage details
- Convince customers and close renewals effectively
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
- Update customer details and renewal status accurately
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong sales mindset & thought process
- Experience in outbound sales preferred
- Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: 02 Years (Freshers can apply)
SHIFT TIMINGS & WEEK OFFS
- Rotational Shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM & 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Any 9.5 Hrs shift
