Walk-in || Staff Nurse Cath Lab, OT

Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Prepare the Cath Lab before procedures.
Verify patient identity, consent, investigations, and procedure details.
Prepare patients for angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and other cardiac procedures.
Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.
Monitor ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and vital signs during procedures.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Assist in handling emergency situations, including cardiac arrest.
Prepare and maintain catheters, guidewires, balloons, stents, and other Cath Lab equipment.
Ensure accurate nursing documentation and procedure records.
Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols.
Maintain stock of consumables and report shortages.
