We are looking for experienced professionals for a Sourcing role in Real Estate. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, Channel Partner.
Connect with potential customers interested in property purchase.
Maintain and track the lead database effectively.
Coordinate with the sales/closing team for site visits and follow-ups.
Ensure consistent pipeline and quality lead flow.

Requirements:

2-6 years of experience in Sales / Sourcing / Lead Generation (Real Estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field work across the Western Line.
Target-driven with a proactive approach.
