Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and electrical engineering with hands-on experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role involves field service operations, resolving customer issues, conducting maintenance, and collaborating with OEMs to ensure seamless technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Conduct field visits across India for maintenance and installation.
- Provide technical support and training to field service engineers.
- Collaborate with OEMs for quick resolution of product-related issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and installations at customer sites.
- Carry out pre-installation assessments and ensure site readiness.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns to minimize disruptions.
- Submit detailed service reports to the coordinator on actions taken.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics Electrical, or Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: 1-6 years in hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Industry Exposure: Experience with medical equipment servicing is an advantage.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel extensively for on-site field service.
