Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies focused on residential societies for CCTV surveillance solutions.
Generate leads through on-ground networking, references from facility managers, society chairpersons, RWA groups, and builders.
Conduct site visits to assess security requirements and recommend appropriate CCTV camera setups.
Deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations to society committees.
Coordinate technical surveys, pricing proposals, and negotiation of contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, installation, service) to ensure smooth execution post-sale.
Ensure customer satisfaction, service follow-ups, and repeat business through proactive engagement.
Represent the company at residential expos, local events, and safety awareness campaigns.
Maintain sales MIS, forecast monthly sales targets, and achieve collection milestones.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to provide strategic insights.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of proven sales experience in CCTV, surveillance, or residential technology sales.
Strong network across housing societies, builders, and RWAs is a plus.
Technical understanding of CCTV products and residential layout planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term rapport with decision-makers.
Proficient in using CRM tools, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and flexible to travel within assigned areas.
