Job Description

Sakal Media Group is looking for an experienced and result-driven Manager – Advertisement Sales to drive advertising revenue, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual advertising revenue targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and media agencies.

Identify and acquire new business opportunities while expanding the existing client portfolio.

Pitch integrated advertising solutions across Print, Digital, Events, and Special Projects.

Manage client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closure of business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and category-wise business opportunities.

Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments.

Prepare and maintain sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and MIS reports.

Support and guide junior team members, where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Advertisement Sales / Media Sales / Corporate Sales.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Experience in Print, Digital, or Integrated Media Sales.

Strong network with direct clients and/or media agencies.

Excellent business development and client relationship management skills.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Experience in achieving revenue and collection targets.

Ability to identify new market opportunities and develop client portfolios.

Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
