Job description
Role & responsibilities :-
- Initiate outbound call to prospective customers from provided data.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Deliver clear and persuasive product information.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Graduation is Mandatory
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Prior experience in BFSI / BPO / Outbound sales is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:-
Salary up to 27,000 In hand + Incentives
5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM TO 7 PM
Work Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
