Position - Staff Nurse

Qualification - GNM/ BSC Nursing / Post Graduation Diploma in Nursing

Location- Borivali - Mumbai

Experience - 1 to 5 Years

Job Timing - 9 am to 6 pm

Salary- Best in the industry

Notice Period- Immediate Joiners

This is for 6 Months contractual role.

Role Objective

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting.
• Identifying and providing for physical, emotional, and developmental patient needs.
• Counseling patients and their families; explaining the IVF procedures planned for the patient.
• Following all standard rules, guideline and achieving compliances as per the policies of universal precaution, Biomedical Hazard, infection control.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Providing for and respecting the patients privacy and confidentiality.
• Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
• Safeguarding and inventorying equipment and supplies.
• Care and maintenance of ward linen and Equipment.
• 1Regularly participating in emergency mock drills along with other staff like code blue drill, code red drill etc
• Nursing staff will be having rotation at following station & have to perform all nursing related work on these stations: USG Room/Injection Room/Ward/OT/PCPNDT.
• To ensure following things get done meticulously in Scan Room, while maintaining dignity, sympathy, courtesy towards patient/Commercial Oocyte Donor:
• Explaining about Scan/Procedure/medication and subsequent treatment/follow-up.
• Positioning Patient/donor.
• Covering Patient/donor.
• Eliciting Patient/donor History.
• Reporting & documenting USG findings/treatment plan in File/Portal.
• Documenting the prescribed mediation/Stimulation/HRT drugs etc. & in file/portal/ providing Trigger time.
• 1Executing all Donor Related Activity, in association with Donor Coordinator.
• Maintaining all documents/ syringes /registrations/ other requirements as per PCPNDT.
• To ensure following things get done meticulously in Injection Room:
• Administering the injection to Patients/Donor as prescribed in File.
• Reporting Injection given in file /portal.
• Maintaining stock of all required injections/drugs/ Maintaining Cold chain, as desired for such injection/drugs.
• Maintain all record of usage/supply of Drugs for audit.
• To ensure following things get done meticulously in PCPNDT Room:
• Filling all required Online/Offline Forms/consents for each scan/procedure.
• Coordinating for procurement of all documents required as per PCPNDT regulation.
• Maintaining all singes /registrations/ other requirements as per PCPNDT.
• Keeping stock of all Patient wise Documents, date & month wise.
• Submitting all PCPNDT forms as required by PCPNDT office on proper time.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assessment & nursing care of admitted patient - Daily
• Participation in emergency code mock drills - Quarterly
• Taking culture swab from multiple location - Quarterly
• Filling PCPNDT Forms as required - Daily
