Work Schedule

• 6 Days a Week
• 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off & Sundays Off

Preferred Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MIS Reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple recruitment platforms
• Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate in-person interviews
• Create and manage job postings across various job portals
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives and interview schedules
• Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and Excel trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions

Walk-in Drive Details

Walk-ins are conducted throughout the month
(Except Bank Holidays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays, and Sundays)

Interview Timings: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM
