Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Share Recruitment Requisition Form with hiring managers and initiate the hiring process upon
completion.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals and social media platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms, professional networks, and
employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update MIS data with accurate candidate and hiring status information.
- Respond to employee referral bonus-related emails and ensure timely communication.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
- Support the HR department in all other tasks assigned by management as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Degree holder in HR, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (24+ years) as HR Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
