Urgent Requirement for Relationship officer and Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

- Individually acquire and nurture relationships of the bank through all banking products

- Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets

- Build and deepen relationships with existing Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.

- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on Wealth.

- Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.

- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.

- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.

- Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix.

- Achieve best in class productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process

- Responsible for carrying Customer Due Diligence and to obtain all the required KYC of the customer (Individual & Non-Individual) while sourcing deposits and accounts to on-board the customer.

- Get additional NTB customers to the bank - Cross sell Liability, Assets and TPP Products

Required Skills

Min 2-6 years of experience in similar role
Knowledge of Banking products and functioning will be preferred
Preferably from Banking / NBFC domain
Ability to explain product / service information is a clear and simple manner to the customer
Ability to communicate in English and local / regional Vernacular effectively.
