CRT Customer Relationship Team
Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice, Inbound
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries
- Provide information & resolution
- Ensure good customer experience
AGE : 19 TO 32
Salary
- Fresher: 16,000 in-hand | CTC 2.50 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 30,000 in-hand | CTC 4.1 LPA
Shift
- Rotational (9.5 hrs)
- Male: 7:00 AM 12:30 AM (247 shifts)
- Female: 7:00 AM 8:30 PM
- 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
