Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Claims Processing team. The role involves handling insurance claim documents, validating information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Verify claim details, supporting documents, and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim validation and resolution.
• Update and maintain accurate claim status in the internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the claims team.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry tools).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields).

Preferred:

• Internship or project experience in insurance, finance, healthcare, or BPO domain.
• Basic understanding of insurance or claims processes (added advantage).
