Business Development Executive

Company: Madane Design Workshop LLP

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), CXOs, Heads of Administration, and Facility Managers.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company and schedule client meetings.
• Client Meetings & Presentations
• Visit client locations to present our design services and project portfolio, if required
• Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
• Proposal Management
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and revisions.
• Relationship Building
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or a client-facing sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
