Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Source candidates for blue-collar and technical positions through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and other sourcing channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and eligibility.
Conduct initial candidate screening through telephone calls.
Explain job roles, salary, benefits, location, working hours, and other employment conditions to candidates.
Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the recruitment team/client.
Coordinate interviews and trade tests with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, medicals, and joining.
Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates.
Assist with bulk / mass hiring requirements.
Ensure regular follow-ups to improve interview attendance, selection, and joining ratios.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain professional relationships with candidates.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
