Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for generating brokerage revenue by advising clients on their equity and investment portfolio.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to improve retention and expand wallet share.
Stay updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and product knowledge to provide meaningful advisory support.
Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients with pre-trade and post-trade confirmation.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.
Handle inbound and outbound client interactions to enhance business opportunities.
Cross-sell third-party investment products (Excluding insurance)
Generating leads through clients referral
Support channel teams by conducting product and advisory awareness activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Proffered)
NISM 8 Certificate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year and above in BFSI / Broking / Financial Advisory / Dealing Desk.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of equity markets and investment products.
Customer centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
Target-driven, proactive, and revenue-focused approach.
Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of trading platforms, order execution, and compliance norms.
