Position: VP & Financial Controller

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer

Key Job Highlights:

Global Financial Controllership: Oversee Accounts, Financial Controls, Audit, Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and Forex Hedging for the Indian parent entity and US subsidiaries.
Public Listed Compliance: Driving end-to-end SEBI compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal financial controls for a publicly listed entity.
M&A & Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CFO and executive business leaders on M&A due diligence (SHAs/SPAs), financial integration, and special projects.
Multi-GAAP Expertise: Strong command over Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP for comprehensive group financial reporting and management packs.
ERP & Process Transformation: Hands-on expertise with enterprise ERP systems (Oracle preferred) to automate workflows and modernize controllership functions.

Role Overview:

IKS Health is seeking an experienced VP & Financial Controller to lead its global accounting, reporting, audit, and tax functions. The role involves managing cross-border financial processes, maintaining rigorous data integrity, driving budget/forecast variance analysis, and preparing the finance organization for continuous growth and SEZ/SEBI compliance.
