*Role:* Customer Service Executive (Inbound)

*Qualification:* Graduate Freshers or HSC with Experience

*Languages:* English , Hindi , Marathi

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Handle customer queries, complaints & service requests
* Deliver professional and timely resolutions
* Work on CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP)
* Maintain accurate call logs and reports

*What Were Looking For:*

* Good communication skills
* Customer-first attitude
* Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
* Pure Day shift for females

*Location:* Vashi -Navi Mumbai
