Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Location: Mahim, Mumbai
Industry: Travel and Tourism Only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications for clients in a timely manner.
- Verify required documentation and ensure compliance with visa requirements.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other authorities.
- Provide guidance to clients on visa procedures, documentation, and travel regulations.
- Track and follow up on visa status and keep clients informed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Previous experience in visa processing or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations.
