Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Virtually dedicated handholding and ongoing support to assigned lender partner branches and area offices to drive performance and adoption

Travel to partner locations at a frequency to also build relationships through physical interaction
Track and monitor activation and engagement levels of branches and area offices on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with key metrics focused on activation and growth through sustained engagement
Ensure allocated branches and area offices achieve budgeted market share and penetration targets through proactive engagement, interventions, and corrective actions
Ensure timely and successful closure of all system-generated logs in accordance with defined processes and SLAs
Act as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with Area Officers, Branch Heads, and Cluster Heads
Drive program and product training initiatives across assigned channels, aligned with lender-specific programs and targets
Manage end-to-end coordination of the lender sales ecosystem, ensuring smooth execution from login to guarantee issuance within defined TATs

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong interpersonal presence with excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu)

• Sound understanding of mortgage and housing finance products

• Well versed in CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Zoho, and Freshworks for effective lead management, customer tracking, pipeline monitoring, and performance reporting
