Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and surprise audits/vigilance inspections at branches.
- Verify key parameters to ensure compliance with operational guidelines, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements, while detecting irregularities, fraudulent practices, or misappropriation of funds, documenting and following up on such cases, and preparing detailed investigation reports based on facts.
- Conduct special audit investigations based on complaints and carry out field verifications or customer visits as required.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Provide guidance and support to branch staff on compliance best practices.
