Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Drone Operator to capture high-quality videos and aerial footage for corporate events, marketing campaigns, construction projects, real estate, social media, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, expertise in video production, and experience operating drones safely while complying with applicable aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
• Operate drones to capture professional aerial photography and videography.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure safe drone operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives.
• Set up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear.
• Edit videos using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Perform color correction, motion graphics, sound mixing, and final video rendering.
• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.
• Ensure all drone operations comply with DGCA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain cameras, drones, batteries, and other production equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest videography techniques, drone technology, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in videography and drone operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience with DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras, and DJI or equivalent drones.
• Knowledge of camera settings, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of aerial cinematography techniques.
• Valid driving license (preferred).

Preferred Skills

• DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred for commercial drone operations).
• Experience in corporate, real estate, industrial, or event videography.
• Basic photography and graphic design skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work outdoors, travel, and meet project deadlines.
