Duration: 3-6 Months About the Role As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at BriBooks, youll be at the heart of our creative storytelling. You will craft visually captivating contentfrom dynamic videos to stunning graphicsthat fuels our mission of inspiring young authors. Your creative input will directly support our digital presence across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and our website/app. If youre passionate about kids' content, storytelling, and visual design, wed love to see your magic. Key Responsibilities 1) Video Editing Edit and produce high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and Facebook. Develop content that highlights kids stories, author journeys, event recaps, and promotional campaigns. Incorporate 2D animations, motion graphics, stylish transitions, dynamic text, and music to enrich storytelling. Deliver both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content with a consistent visual tone and style. 2) Graphic Design Design compelling graphics, banners, flyers, and social media creatives that support BriBooks' campaigns and events. Create digital illustrations, icons, and logos aligned with our brand identity. Develop design assets for the BriBooks website and mobile app, ensuring visual consistency and strong UX alignment. Work collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to maintain brand integrity across all media. 3)Creative Collaboration & Asset Management Brainstorm fresh and engaging content ideas with the marketing, content, and events teams. Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and design assets systematically. Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs while maintaining high-quality standards. 4)Requirements & Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (must-have) for advanced video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animations. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic and visual design. Strong visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail, composition, and pacing. Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles to produce visually cohesive content. Ability to blend design and video seamlessly, creating multimedia content that resonates with kids and parents alike. A creative mindset with a passion for innovation, visual communication, and engaging storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving content trends and tools. A passion for creating fun, educational, and kid-friendly content that sparks creativity and learning. Nice to Have Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or Blender. Knowledge of UX/UI design for digital platforms. Prior experience working in the ed-tech, childrens media, or publishing industry.
