Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulations Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Experience with social media and job boards for sourcing candidates Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
