Process: Inbound Process Executive (5 Days Working)
Eligibility
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year International BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
Job Role
- Handle inbound customer queries (International process)
- Provide accurate and high-quality customer support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow compliance standards
Work Details
- Shift: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Rotational)
- Week Off: Any 2 days
Salary:
- CTC: Upto 40,000 CTC (Based on last drawn)
- In-hand: 35,000
