Job Description
Profile: Healthcare Coach - Voice Process
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 0-4 Years
Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with appropriate support and guidance for chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
- Connect with patients post-discharge to understand their health status and provide counselling.
- Handle patient calls and resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Enroll new patients into the system and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the interaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a Clinical, Medical, Biology, or related field.
- Preferred backgrounds: Paramedics, Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Nutritionists, and other relevant healthcare domains.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Strong active listening and counselling skills.
- Patient-focused approach with empathy and a willingness to help.
Language Requirements:
- English & Hindi Mandatory
- Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam – Added Advantage
