Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team with various pre-sales activities. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules based on project requirements
- Ensure adherence to WPS, fabrication drawings, and safety standards
- Coordinate manpower, welding activity, fit-up, and NDT inspections
- Troubleshoot process issues and improve workflow efficiency
- Maintain production reports, material traceability, and documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ASME/API standards, welding symbols, and QA procedures
- Hands-on experience with shop supervision, MTCs, and stage inspection
